Busy is the new cool. In the process, it became an honor to take on as much responsibility as possible. All around you are stories of startup CEOs waking up at 4 a.m. and working 80-hour weeks to glorify their struggle for success. However, for those of us in the real world, the burden of too many responsibilities can lead to sleepless nights, stress, and generally dissatisfaction with life. If you feel like you're rushing from one duty to another, we have some tips to help you work less and enjoy more of your life. List priorities If you feel overburdened, sometimes it's not because there are too many tasks. Instead, it's a case of spending too much time on the industry mailing list tasks. I'm sure you've spent half a day answering emails, only to end up with no time for business development tasks towards the end of the workday. To fix this, list your tasks and sort them according to priority - must be done, medium priority, and optional. Once you've got everything on paper, you'll likely realize that the least important tasks take up most of your time. This is when you need to refocus and drop the unimportant in favor of the important. Notes. You can sort the prioritized list in your project management tool of choice, such as Trello. Automate as much as possible
